What to expect in your consultation

No two consultations look the same (because no two women are the same!).. Here's how a first appointment typically unfolds:

Deep dive into your health history

We start at the beginning: your medical background, medications, supplements, and anything else relevant that may have shaped where you are today.

Symptom & body systems review

We work through your presenting symptoms and the body systems involved (eg: digestive, nervous, reproductive and more), to start building a clear picture.

Diet & lifestyle assessment

Using a 24-hour food recall or 3-day food diary, we look at what you have been eating, anwhat that tells us about your symptoms.

Yours goals, your pace

We talk about what you want to achieve and how committed you want to be. Go hard, or take it slowly. Either is valid, but the plan must fit your life, not the other way around.

Your personalised treatment plan

I pull everything together into a holistic picture and provide clear, actionable recommendations using food as mdicine, lifestyle adjustments, therapeutic supplements (where needed), and any follow-up testing worth exploring.

Follow-up

Nutrition isn't a one-appointment fix. We'll agree on a follow-up plan that that keeps us connected, tracks your progress, and adjusts your recommendations as you go. You won't walk out the door and wonder what happens now. I've got you.
