Hi, I'm Kelly. 

And I've sat exactly

where you are

Exhausted. Overwhelmed.
Googling at 2am ending up more confused than when I started.

I'm a Certified Practicing Nutritionist with almost a decade of combined education and clinical experience. But when I became a mother, all of that knowledge didn't stop me from experiencing one of the most depleting periods of my life.

After my daughter was born, I was exhausted, losing my hair, breaking out, dizzy, and lying awake worrying about her while completely neglecting myself. A visit to my GP confirmed perinatal anxiety and significant nutrient depletion. If it could happen to me, it was happening to countless other women.

We spend so much time focused on the health of our babies. Rarely on the health of ourselves. I decided to change that.

So I left my corporate marketing career and followed what I actually care about: empowering women with the knowledge and tools to nourish themselves and their babies, so they can worry less, feel better, and enjoy the moments that actually matter.

I'm a mum of 2 kids under 6, which means I'm very much in it with you. Not speaking from a textbook, speaking from experience, evidence, and a lot of real life.

What I actually believe

There is a lot of noise out there. Fad diets, expensive supplement stacks, conflicting advice that changes every six months. Here's where I stand:

FOOD FIRST

I prioritise real food over expensive supplements. Always. Mother Nature knows what she is doing.

ROOT CAUSE

No band-aid solutions. My goal is to help you uncover what might be going on, and build a plan to address it.

EVIDENCE-BASED

Everything I recommend is grounded in current research and best-practice guidelines. No trends or fear-mongering.

ZERO JUDGEMENT

Fed your baby a pouch today? Same. This is a shame-free space. I work with real life, not an idealised version of it.

Who I work with

I am here for you, and your baby. My clients are women and the tiny humans they're raising. If you're preparing your body for pregnancy, growing a baby, recovering postpartum, or sitting across from a toddler who has decided that food they loved yesterday is now the enemy, you're exactly who I'm here for.

My work is built around the first 1,000 days, from preconception to your baby's second birthday. This is one of the most powerful windows of opportunity we have to shape a child's long-term health. And yours too.

My approach is practical, realistic and tailored to you and your child. Because nutrition that doesn't fit into your actual life isn't nutrition at all, it's just stress with extra steps.

I offer 1:1 consultations online (from wherever you are) or in person at Papaya Clinic in Newtown. I also run workshops and group sessions, from starting solids to postpartum planning to fussy eating, tailored to what your community actually needs.
