Feeding a small human is one of the most overwhelming parts of early parenthood. The internet will give you seventeen conflicting opinions before breakfast. I'll give you one clear, evidence-based answer, tailored to your child.
I'm a Certified Practicing Nutritionist and trained Feeding Therapist (SOS Approach) with an focus on nutrition for babies and toddlers across the first 1,000 days. My job is to take the guesswork out of feeding your baby so mealtimes feel less like a battle and more like something you can actually enjoy as a family.

You might be here because...
You're about to start solids and have no idea where to begin
Your baby is refusing food or gagging constantly
You're worried your toddler only eats beige foods
You've been told (or suspect) your child has low iron and don't know what to do
You're navgating allergies or eczema and feeling lost
Your child isn't growing as expected and you want answers
You're drowing in conflicting advice about baby-led weaning
You just want someone to tell you it's going to be ok
Every child is different. Cookie-cutter advice doesn't cut it. Let's figure out what your child actually needs.
Areas I support
Children's 1:1 nutrition consultations cover a wide range of concerns from birth to five years of age, including:
Starting solids · Baby-led weaning · Fussy & picky eating · Iron deficiency · Food allergies or sensitivities · Eczema · Growth concerns · Nutrient deficiencies · Gut health · Feeding therapy (SOS Approach) · Toddler nutrition · Breastfeeding nutrition · Constipation
What to expect in your consultation
Your child's consultation is every bit as thorough as an adult one, just adapted for little people. Here's how a first appointment works:
Deep dive into your child's health history
We start at the beginning: birth history, medical background, any medications or supplements, and anything else that may have shaped your child's relationship with food so far.
01
Symptom & body systems review
We look at what's happening across key body systems — digestive, immune, nervous — to understand the full picture behind your child's symptoms.
02
Diet & feeding assessment
A detailed look at what and how your child is eating, how mealtimes feel, textures, behaviours, and patterns. A food diary may also be used to assess nutritional intake.
03
Yours family goals
What does success look like for you? We'll set realistic, achievable goals and agree on an approach that works for your child's temperament and your family's lifestyle.
04
Your child's personalised treatment plan
I pull everything together into a holistic picture and provide clear, actionable recommendations using food as mdicine, lifestyle adjustments, therapeutic supplements (where needed), and any follow-up testing worth exploring.
05
Follow-up
Nutrition and feeding challenges aren't a one-appointment fix. We'll agree on a follow-up plan that that keeps us connected, so you can share progress, ask questions, and modify as we go. You won't walk out the door and wonder what happens now. I've got you.
